Xlence Review
A newer broker that leans hard on service: no minimum deposit, competitive pricing and one of the strongest support scores in our lineup. Regulation is lighter than the established names.
A service-led challenger with lighter regulation
Xlence is a newer CFD broker that competes on accessibility and service rather than pedigree. There is no minimum deposit, pricing is competitive, and its customer support earns among the strongest scores in our lineup. The trade-off is regulation: Xlence operates under lighter, offshore oversight rather than the Tier-1 regulators that anchor the established names we review.
This review covers all ten sectors we score, from regulation and costs to mobile apps and account types, based on our standard testing framework.

Regulation and safety
Regulation is the area where Xlence is weakest relative to the rest of our lineup, and it is a main reason for its lower overall score. Xlence operates under offshore licensing rather than a Tier-1 regulator such as the FCA or ASIC. Offshore oversight generally means fewer client protections, no access to a national compensation scheme, and lighter capital and reporting requirements. This does not make a broker unsafe on its own, but it is a meaningful difference from the multi-jurisdiction, Tier-1-regulated brokers elsewhere in our reviews.
Xlence states that client funds are held in segregated accounts, which is standard practice, but the regulatory backstop behind that arrangement is lighter than under a Tier-1 regime. We would encourage anyone considering Xlence to weigh the strong service against the reduced regulatory protection.
Fees and spreads
Xlence’s pricing is competitive for the segment it operates in, with spread-based accounts and tighter commission-based options for more active traders. There is no minimum deposit, which lowers the barrier to opening an account further than almost any broker we review. As pricing on newer brokers can change quickly, it is worth confirming current spreads and any commissions directly on Xlence’s site before opening an account.
Xlence does not charge deposit fees and covers most standard withdrawal costs. Check the current terms for any inactivity fee on dormant accounts.
Account opening and support
This is Xlence’s standout area. Support scored 8.5, among the highest of any broker in our lineup, with fast, responsive multilingual service across live chat, email and phone, and a smooth onboarding process. With no minimum deposit and quick verification, getting started is about as frictionless as it gets among the brokers we cover.
For traders who value responsive, hands-on support and a low barrier to entry, Xlence delivers well above its overall ranking in this specific area.

Platforms and tools
Xlence is the clearest case in our pool of a broker that gets the human side right and the structural side wrong. Support scores 8.5, well above the 6.8 industry average and better than brokers rated far higher overall, and with no minimum deposit the barrier to starting is almost nil. But regulation scores just 4.0 on offshore-only licensing with no Tier-1 backstop and no compensation scheme, and that is the number that should decide it for most people. Education is 6.0, and markets and deposits both sit at 6.0, so the breadth is thin too. If you are starting very small and value a broker that actually answers, Xlence is a reasonable place to learn with money you can afford to lose. If you are funding a serious account, the Tier-1 regulated brokers above it protect you far better.
We have reviewed brokers independently since 2017. Every score comes from opening and funding a real account, placing trades, contacting support and requesting a withdrawal, not from marketing material. Scores are revised whenever conditions change rather than once a year.
Our overall rating is curated, not averaged, so a serious failure in one sector cannot be offset by an unrelated strength. See the full scoring report for the methodology and every broker’s data.
